Susanna, specialises in musculoskeletal pain and injury rehabilitation. Having worked with diverse individuals, from those with Parkinson's and MS to Team GB athletes, she draws from her own 23-year journey with chronic back pain, which she successfully addressed through Somatic Experiencing. Her passion lies in helping others with persistent pain, blending holistic and biomechanical approaches.

Graduating with a 1st Class BSc in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Salford, Susanna has been an integral part of Elite Physio and Therapy for the past 8 years. She expanded her expertise with qualifications in mat and reformer Pilates and medical acupuncture. Currently finishing a three-year course to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Susanna aims to specialise in addressing the physical effects of unresolved trauma.

Susanna's diverse client experience includes those recovering from strokes, surgery, or sports injuries, as well as individuals with MS, Parkinson's, and common musculoskeletal pain conditions. She has successfully worked with elite athletes, such as Team GB triathletes, ultramarathon runners, national-level skiers, rowers in Olympic trials, and black-belt martial artists.

Balancing manual therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and now somatic techniques, Susanna tailors each session to meet her clients' specific needs. Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted mother who enjoys reformer Pilates, family walks, cooking, reading, and tunes from Smooth FM.
